ORDER PROCESS
✦ Read the ToS before proceeding!✦ Fill out the order form I provide during openings.✦ After I accept your commission, I will ask for payment through Ko-fi or PayPal.✦ I will begin working once I receive the full payment.✦ The finished commission will be emailed!
Things to note:✦ Extra fees may incur for complex/detailed designs, props, different backgrounds, and so-on.✦ For chibis, I will simplify detailed designs.✦ Up to two small corrections are allowed after the commission has been finished, and may require additional fees.✦ Large scale corrections will be declined.✦ Sketches will not be provided for chibis.✦ Sketches for icons (and up) will be provided only if the commissioner requests it. (Please note that I may make major changes during the lineart and/or coloring process unless specifically requested not to.)✦ WON'T DO: Nsfw, furries, mecha, real life references (exception: clothes/accessories), outfit design requests, and written descriptions without any visuals (ex: "can you give the character a white t-shirt").

✦ By purchasing my services you are automatically agreeing to the following conditions, so please read carefully being proceeding! Thank you very much for your support!✦ I, the artist, retain all rights to my work.✦ You, the client, may not claim my work as your own.✦ There will be no physical item to be shipped, and you will only receive a digital copy of the artwork.✦ You agree to using the work I provide for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated.✦ Personal, non-profit use includes but not limited to: avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.✦ You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.✦ Reselling my artwork or using it for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.✦ Do not modify, alter, or edit the artwork in any way without my permission. (Cropping and resizing are OK!)✦ You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”✦ Please credit twitter.com/eynue or toyhou.se/eun if you use the artwork.✦ I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission.✦ Once you claim a slot, you must send in your completed order form within 3 days or your commission will be automatically cancelled.✦ If there is no reply from you when I contact you about your upcoming slot after 3 days from an active account or 7 days from an inactive account, your commission will be automatically cancelled.✦ Completion of commission may take up to four months.✦ There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.✦ I will upload commissions on my social media unless the client requests for it to be kept private.✦ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. PAYMENT & REFUND
✦ My commission prices are in USD currency.✦ I only accept payments through Ko-fi or Paypal.✦ Payment must be paid full and upfront through Ko-fi or by invoice via PayPal.✦ Preferred payment methods will asked, but orders above $100 will be automatically paid through a PayPal invoice.✦ You will have 7 days to complete the payment once I accept your commission form. If you do not pay within this time period, your commission will be automatically cancelled unless you ask for an extension beforehand.✦ Partial payments are allowed if the order exceeds $400, and with an agreement from both parties before I begin working on the commission.✦ If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the payment plan.✦ No 100% refunds for commissions! Only exception is if I did not start working on the sketch.✦ Depending on the progress of the commission, partial refunds may be possible. (ex: 50% refund for a sketch).✦ Commercial fee will be applied to artwork used on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Ko-Fi, etc.✦ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
